These Terms of Use cover your use of NandStore (nandstore.com), a site of smart home guides for renters run by Tuan Duong. By using the site, you agree to them. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.

- We don’t sell, ship or handle any products, orders, payments or returns.
- You can read our guides and share links to them, but please don’t copy them or misuse the site.

Do you agree to these terms by using the site?
Yes. When you visit or use NandStore, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Is NandStore professional advice?
No. Our guides are general information to help you compare smart home products and set them up. They are not professional, electrical, legal or safety advice for your home.
To write our guides, we compare manufacturer specs, compatibility lists, manufacturer documentation and what established reviewers report.
Check your lease and ask your landlord before you change anything in a rental. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings. If a project involves wiring, hire a licensed electrician.
You decide what to buy, install and use, and you do so at your own risk.
