Nandstore Return Policy

At Nandstore, we want you to shop with confidence. Most items can be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please note that no returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

 

How to Start a Return

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. We'll handle the return or replacement quickly and fairly.

Important:
Do not discard any original shipping materials or packaging, as items must be returned in original packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Packaging & Sending Returns

After receiving your Return Authorization Number and return address:

  1. Repackage the item in its original, manufacturer-sealed condition.

  2. Include all original accessories, manuals, and inserts.

  3. Clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

  4. Do not write on the manufacturer’s packaging directly.

  5. Use a secure shipping method and track the return.

You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Our Responsibility

Once your return is received by Nandstore, we take full responsibility for the item. However, we are not responsible for any loss or theft during transit, so we recommend insuring valuable packages.

If an item is returned as "new" but is found to be used or damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Ink, Toner & Consumables

Returns for ink and toner are accepted only if unopened. Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable due to shelf life, safety, or policy reasons:

  • Technology & Electronics

  • Business Machines

  • Mattresses

  • Custom Furniture

  • Clearance & Closeout Items

  • Hygiene Products

  • Dated Items (e.g., calendars)

  • Custom-Printed Products

  • Consumables (e.g., food, beverages, cleaning supplies, medicine, paper)

These items may only be returned if there's a manufacturer defect, damage during delivery, or an error on our part.

Expiration Dates

If any product you receive has an expiration date of 30 days or less, contact us right away. We’ll replace it at no cost.

Common Return Reasons

If you ordered incorrectly or changed your mind:
You may return unopened, re-stockable items for a refund of the product cost (minus shipping). Restocking fees may apply. You are responsible for return shipping.

If the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Contact us within 3 business days and we’ll handle the return or replacement at our expense.

If your order is incomplete or never arrived:
Let us know and we’ll investigate, then issue a replacement or refund if necessary.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns without prior authorization may be refused or sent back at your cost.
Orders refused upon delivery or returned due to an invalid address may incur outbound and return shipping fees.

Manufacturer Warranties

Refund & Replacement Processing

Once your return is received, please allow:

  • 1–2 weeks for your refund to appear back to your original payment method.

  • Up to 1 week to receive replacement items.

Colorado Delivery Fee (If Applicable)

For Colorado residents: If a full refund is issued, the retail delivery fee collected during checkout will not be refunded, per state law.
